Terms of service
These terms are for WOPA early access. They are a practical baseline and may be updated before paid launch.
What WOPA does
WOPA helps UK tradespeople draft invoices from chat, generate PDF invoices, email customers, schedule reminders, view outstanding invoices, and mark invoices paid.
Your responsibility
- You are responsible for checking invoice accuracy before sending.
- You are responsible for tax, VAT, accounting, and legal decisions.
- You must have permission to provide customer contact details and invoice information to WOPA.
- You must keep your own business, bank, and customer details accurate.
Beta limitations
WOPA is in early access. Features may change, pause, fail, or be withdrawn. WOPA is not accounting software, bookkeeping software, a bank, a payment processor, or a debt collection service. WOPA does not guarantee that an invoice will be paid.
Acceptable use
Do not use WOPA to send unlawful, misleading, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or spammy messages. Do not use WOPA for invoices or payment demands that you know are inaccurate or disputed without making that clear.
Late-payment and tax information
Any information about late payment, VAT, tax, invoices, or customer follow-up is general information only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or debt collection advice.
Suspension
WOPA may suspend or restrict access where needed to protect the service, prevent abuse, comply with law, or investigate misuse.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, WOPA is not responsible for lost profits, unpaid invoices, incorrect invoice contents approved by you, customer disputes, tax treatment, or indirect losses arising from use of the service.
